Bella Levy is a product of the “American Dream”; She has the spirit of a fighter to help humanity.

She is a Radiology “SuperSHEro” in scrubs in multiple local hospital facilities.

​A desire for change lead her to be the 1st runner-up for Maryland International Pageant System 2021, with her platform on Human Trafficking, she is a true humanitarian with a desire to better the world.

Bella is known to say “My paycheck of the heart is to help humanity”; As an ambassador of Hope, She is the creator of the “Blue Ribbon Project”, which is active in 6 countries, she focuses on Awareness, Education, and Prevention of Human Trafficking. Our communities need more generous people.

As a spokeswoman for Borinqueneers Congressional Gold Medal Ceremony National Committee, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit paying tribute to veterans of the 65th infantry regiment. Promoting the legacy of elite military units and educating the nation on their contributions since WW1, the 65th was the last segregated unit comprised of Puerto Rican soldiers.

Previously serving as president of (MSRT), the Maryland Society of Radiological Technologists, later that year she attended ASRT (American Society of Radiological Technologists) in Las Vegas where she was a delegate representing her state of Maryland; That same year Bella has lobbied on Capitol Hill in our nation’s capital for the rights and betterment of her professional society.
